Patient Group

We have set up a Practice Patient group and we have a number of patients involved.

 

Would you like to be involved too?

The purpose of creating our Patient Participation Group was to ensure that we involve patients in decisions about the range and quality of the services we offer. We want patients to be involved in decisions that lead to changes to the services we provide. We want the group to be representative of the population that we provide a service for.

 

We will ask the members of this Patient Representative Group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email.  If you would like to join please complete this form.
