Phone disruption

We are aware of a problem with the phone system this morning which means that some patients are not able to get through or reception staff are not able to hear patients when they call.  The phone comany is aware of the problem (affecting a number of surgeries in Oxfordshire) and is working to fix the problem urgently. 

We are sorry for any difficulty this causes but if your problem is not urgent please try calling back later, emailing us via info.nbs@nhs.net or send us an econsult. If the reason for your call is urgent or an emergency call 111 or 999.
